What are the payment methods accepted for MYR transactions?
  • XenoPay accepts payment through Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, AmBank, OCBC, and UOB).
  • XenoPay may enable or disable any of the payment methods mentioned above at anytime. A transaction fee of 3.0% or RM1 whichever is higher shall apply if this option is used by the merchant.
Do I need to pay any fees for the registration of XenoPay account?

No fees will be charged for registration XenoPay account.

What are my payment options?

XenoPay currently accept Online Banking payment method only. Please take note, all the currency are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)

How do I view all settings?

Logged into XenoPay account, click My Profile.

How do I change my member info?

Logged into XenoPay account, click My Profile.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

You may click the forgot password on Login page. You will need to enter the email address that registered with us and XenoPay will send an email with verification code to reset your password.

How do I view my transaction history?

Go to XenoPay account and click transaction history.

Why my transaction was unsuccessful?

CANCELATION / REFUND

Can I changes my orders?

No, You can’t change your order.
